Making a purchase
Before making a purchase you will need to register a customer account with us. The account helps us to keep track of your data with the aim of providing you with a continually improved service. Within your customer account, you can check your order history and keep track of pending orders which are due for dispatch.
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our catalogue by category and add items to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Confidentiality
The account information submitted by you is strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any other company.
Delivery
We operate a flat rate delivery charge of £7. This covers all orders and all weights. All orders are dispatched via City Link. Your order will normally be dispatched the same day if we receive it before 1pm GMT Monday to Friday, however this is not guaranteed. If there is a problem where we cannot dispatch your order within 48hrs we will contact you.
Loss or Damage in Transit
All Claims related to loss, shortage, damage or breakage to goods received shall be registered in writing by e-mail, fax, or letter within five (5) days of delivery. Claims outside that period will not normally be considered by the company. Full notification in writing shall be received in the above period of all the details of the sales receipt, catalogue numbers of damaged / faulty and / or missing goods to enable us to speed up the process.
Subject to the above, the company shall replace free of charge or give credit for goods damaged or not delivered in accordance with the sales receipt, as verified by the company, in satisfaction of any liability of the company in such circumstances.
VAT
We only accept orders which have a delivery address in the UK and Ireland. For this reason, all orders are subject to 17.5% UK VAT. The only exception to this is the Channel Islands, where no VAT is charged. In these instances, the VAT included in your order will be refunded to you within 30 days of you placing the order. Our UK VAT registration number is 889 5687 30. Any other taxes or import duties will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Product Guarantee
All products supplied are covered by the manufacturers guarantee.
Remittance Terms
All goods remain the property of Mulligan Lighting until paid for in full.
Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint concerning an order placed with us, either:
1. E-mail us. We will acknowledge receipt of your email within two working days.
2. Write to us. Our contact details can be found here.
3. Telephone 0845 0943811. Please note that the telephone line is manned from 9.00am to 6.00pm UK GMT time Monday to Friday.
Governing Law
This contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. You may only place orders and make communications with us in English, and all contracts concluded between us will be in English.
Governing Jurisdiction
This website is targeted at residents of the United Kingdom the Channel Islands, and the Republic of Ireland. If you are not a resident of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland, do not use this site. In listing your place of residence and delivery address in our order form, you are representing to us that you are a resident of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland.
Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected.
